ABSTRACTThe inside-out repair technique is the gold standard for meniscus repair. By creating a small open approach to the knee capsule, the meniscus from the middle portion to posterior portion can be safely accessed and repaired. Furthermore, this technique can be applied to multiple different tear types, as determined by both morphology and anatomic location.
