ABSTRACT

Die Beziehung zwischen ALA-Ausscheidung im Harn und Blutbleispiegel wurde an drei Probandengruppen unterschiedlicher Bleiexposition untersucht. Diese Beziehung ist weder in korrelativer noch in quantitativer Hinsicht konstant und hängt offenbar von der Art und Intensität der jeweiligen Exposition ab. Es ist deshalb schwierig, einen akzeptablen Grenzwert für die ALA-Ausscheidung im Harn festzulegen. Frauen scheinen auf Blei hinsichtlich der Hämsynthese-störung empfindlicher zu reagieren als Männer. More... »
