ABSTRACT

Meso-Tetra(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin (TPPS4) ist ein anionischer Photosensibilisator, der in Zellen überwiegend granulär lokalisiert ist. Nach Untersuchungen von Berg und Wessels besteht eine Übereinstimmung der fluoreszierenden Granula mit Lysosomen (BERG et al., 1990; WESSELS et al., 1992). Während der photodynamischen Therapie (PDT) wird eine Umverteilung der Fluoreszenz ins Zytoplasma und in den Zellkern beobachtet (RÜCK et al. 1992). More... »
