ABSTRACT

Zur Detektion der intrazellulären Stoffwechselprodukte und Coenzyme Nicotinamidadenindinukleotid (NAD), Riboflavin, Flavinmononukleotid (FMN) und Flavindinukleotid (FAD) wird deren Fluoreszenz unter Anregung mit ultraviolettem Licht genutzt. Dabei wird Nicotinamidadenindinukleotid (frei bzw. proteingebunden) in seiner reduzierten Form (NADH), Flavine dagegen bevorzugt in ihrer oxidierten Form zur Fluoreszenz angeregt (1–4).
