ABSTRACT

Interleukine sowie Tumornekrosefaktor und Gamma-Interferon induzieren direkt oder auf dem Umweg über Gewebsmakrophagen eine Hochregulation der Antigenität von Antigen-präsentierenden Zellen. In der Leber können auch Parenchymzellen von dieser Hochregulation betroffen sein, sofern Noxen wie Ischämie, Reperfusion oder Transplantation auf das Organ wirken.
