ABSTRACT

Nachdem Daten zur Schädigung des Hepatocyten durch Hypoxie und Reoxygenierung vorliegen [2, 3], wurden Versuche mit Leberzellkulturen durchgeführt, um Fragestellungen aus der Konservierungsforschung zu überprüfen, ein reproduzierbares Schädigungsmuster zu erarbeiten sowie dessen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten zu erproben.
