ABSTRACT

In this paper, we present classification methods, which have been adapted to the pattern recognition problem in the domain of aerial imagery. Three methods based on different mechanisms have been developed: rule-based system, neural networks and fuzzy classification. Our contributions are the adaptation of these methods to the concrete case of aerial images, and the quantitative comparison between the three types of methods. More... »
