ABSTRACT

The method of [2] for studying lymphocyte-mediated tumor cytotoxicity in the Moloney Sarcoma virus (MSV) tumor system has revealed several discrepancies in the results obtained in the same isologous tumor system by the colony-inhibition test (CIT) [5, 6] or by the microcytotoxicity assay (MA) [7, 14].
