ABSTRACT

Eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für die Erhöhung der Zuverlässigkeit von Hochleistungslaseranlagen ist eine Verbesserung der Laserfestigkeit der verwendeten optischen Bauelemente. Entsprechende Untersuchungen erfolgten mit Hilfe eines Nd:YAG-Lasers (Impulsdauer 85 ns, Wellenlänge 1,06 μm) an Einzelschichten bzw. an den aus ihnen gebildeten Bauelementen, wobei der Strahldurchmesser auf der Probe 15 um betrug.
