ABSTRACT58% (5 von 26 Patienten) aller Eingriffe intestinaler Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome erfolgen notfallmäßig. In 42% der Patienten konnte präoperativ das Stadium durch Sonographie, Endosonographie, Intestinoskopie, Enteroklysma nach Sellink, Thorax-, Abdomen- und Becken-CT und Knochenmarkspunktion entsprechend der intraoperativen Sicherung durch regionales sowie juxtaregionales Lymphknotensampling und eine Leberbiopsie erfaßt werden. Nur die spezielle Kenntnis der Entität des intestinalen Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoms wird intraoperativ auch unter Notfallbedingungen die Weichen für ein adäquates Staging als Vorbedingung einer stadienadaptierten Therapiemultimodalität — Operation/Radiatio/Chemotherapie — stellen können.
