ABSTRACT

Dieses Kapitel behandelt die Indikationsstellungen, Techniken und Ergebnisse der diagnostischen und therapeutischen Eingriffe nach Lebertransplantation (LTPL). Dieses breite Feld an Interventionen sollte Einrichtungen vorbehalten sein, die über ein eingespieltes, ständig bereitstehendes Team aus Transplantationschirurgen, interventionellen Radiologen, Hepatologen und Anästhesisten verfügen. Ballondilatation oder Applikation eines Stents oder Stentgrafts in eine Stenose oder Verschluss der Leberarterie, Lebervene oder Pfortader nach LTPL sind technisch mittlerweile in einem hohen Prozentsatz erfolgreich, können jedoch durch die Gefahr der Induktion einer Neointimahyperproliferation, Restenosebildung oder Thrombose, selbst bei technisch einwandfreien Ergebnis, langfristig Probleme bereiten (bis hin zur Notwendigkeit der Retransplantation). Schon allein deshalb sollte die Indikation zu den hier vorgestellten Eingriffen strikt interdisziplinär gestellt werden. More... »
