ABSTRACT

This paper describes the first stage of an on going project dealing with the multi-source energy management Strategy. In this work, a combined system producing electrical energy from Photovoltaic (PV) energy, wind energy and from a battery is studied. The design, analysis, and implementation of the wind energy part are completely carried out using a dSPACE DS1104 digital signal processor (DSP) based on real-time data acquisition control (DAC) system. In this paper the different parts of the wind conversion chain are presented with their control systems, the simulation and experimental results are discussed. More... »
