ABSTRACT

Der Schultergürtel setzt sich aus drei echten Gelenken, einem Nebengelenk und einem unechten Gelenk zusammen. Die echten Gelenke sind das Glenohumeralgelenk – als Hauptgelenk – , das Akromioklavikulargelenk und das Sternoklavikulargelenk. Zusammen mit dem subakromialen Nebengelenk und der skapulothorakalen Verschiebeschicht, ermöglichen sie das außerordentlich große Bewegungsausmaß des Schultergürtels (◘ Abb. 5.1). More... »
