ABSTRACT

Providing eGovernment solutions is becoming a matter of great importance for governments all over the world. In order to meet the special requirements of this sort of projects, several attempts have been and are currently developed. This papers proposes its own approach that takes advantage of resources derived from the use of Semantics and from an artifact, deeply discussed on the paper, defined as LifeEvent. On the basis of these premises, a entire software platform is described and a prototype developed, as shown in the paper. Also some conclusions and hints for future projects in the scope are provided. More... »
