ABSTRACT

Field of nanoparticles and nanocomposites is nowadays one of the most dynamic and developing fields both in industrial applications and in research and development. Products based on these particles or the ones forming only their content are becoming quite common. These are namely food-stuff industry, inks, lacquers and pigments, textile application, dental materials, building industries, car industry and the like. For these reasons are these materials increasingly encountered in forensic laboratories, they often present special acceptable marks that can be utilised for identification specification. That is why it is necessary to determine and specify them as precisely as we are able to implement it. This fact stems from reality showing that the majority of material analysis carried out in forensic science deals with determination, characterisation and comparison of practically any materials possibly contacting either persons or objects relating to criminal activities.
