ABSTRACTBosnia and Herzegovina is a consignee of numerous acts relating to protection and sustainable use of biodiversity. The international adopted legislative has been followed by the state laws and rulebooks. The protection of nature is regulated at an entity level in Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Republic of Srpska, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Brcko District as separate districts). Many of laws and documents have been adopted in National assemblies. The main problem is enforcing of adopted documents due to lack of financing. The future guidelines are presented in order to improve the state of forest genetic resources. More... »
