ABSTRACT

As we have heard in the previous reports, elastic and inelastic electron scattering has become an important tool in nuclear studies. Let me once more stress the basic advantage of using electrons as electromagnetic probes, namely the decoupling of energy- and momentum-transfer to the nucleus.
