ABSTRACT

Serologie testings for feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) have been widely used to assist clinical diagnosis of this disease, and these include indirect immunofluorescence and competition ELISA. We devised a microplate ELISA using FIPV-infected fcwf-4 cells as antigen for rapid screening of clinical samples.
