ABSTRACT

Among the modern methodologies for the construction of a new C-N bond, the electrophilic animation1 is of high interest since it opens an unconventional entry to a wide range of amino derivatives a number of them not easily accessible through the conventional routes. According to this methodology, a reverse process, vs the delivery of an electron deficient nitrogen group “N+ ” to a nucleophilic site, takes place with respect to the classical SN2-type reaction ( Scheme 1).
