ABSTRACT

The substitution of the two NH3 groups in cisplatinum (cDDP) by ethylene diamine ligands leads to complexes with good pharmacological activity against experimental tumors (1). Our aim was to increase the activity/toxicity ratio and also to provide compounds against tumors which are either nonresponsive or resistant to cisplatinum.
