ABSTRACT

The current series of experiments are designed to establish methods for using MEG to assess information processing deficits after mild head injury and for the identification of which functional neurophysiological systems are impaired. The eventual goal of these experiments is to facilitate rehabilitation by accurately targeting the functional anatomy of the impaired systems through analysis of MEG and EEG. One important aspect of these procedures is to determine the plastic capacity of impaired systems. What are reported here are initial results with respect to the utilisation of MEG in EEG paradigms we have been using for the assessment of head injury. More... »
