ABSTRACTWe present several characteristics of the quiet Sun radio emission in the range 2–32 cm: the center-to-limb variation of brightness temperature, the radio radius for various positional angles, the brightness temperature spectrum at the center of the disk. These were obtained with the RATAN-600 radio telescope at wavelengths of 2.0, 2.3, 2.7, 3.2, 4.0, 8.2, 11.7, 20.7 and 31.6 cm simultaneously during the recent sunspot minimum (1984-87). The new data are in good agreement with those obtained during previous solar activity cycles both on RATAN-600 radio telescope and on other large instruments. More... »
