ABSTRACTDurch die kombinierte Expression von VEGF165 und PDGF-BB kann eine stabile Angiogenese in vivo induziert werden, die deutlich über das zeitliche Ausmaß der zell-basierten Proteinexpression nach adenoviralem Gentransfer im Gewebe hinausgeht. Die Ausbildung instabiler »leaky vessels« wird durch die Koexpression von VEGF165 und PDGF-BB in diesem Modell verhindert.
