ABSTRACT

Adenoviral transfizierte humane Fibroblasten und Keratinozyten können in diesem zell-basierten Gentransfermodell erfolgreich matrixgebunden im Sinne eines einzeitigen funktionellen Hautersatzes in vivo transplantiert werden. Das aus Fibroblasten freigesetzte VEGF165 und bFGF verbessert dabei signifikant die dermale Vaskularisation, während das aus Keratinozyten stammende PDGF-BB die Epidermalisation beschleunigt.
