ABSTRACT

For the investigation of the tensor potential in deuteron induced reactions the \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$ T_{21} ( = - \frac{1} {{\sqrt 3 }}A_{xz} )$$\end{document} tensor analyzing power is of special interest. In contrast to the T20 and T22 components T21 is insensitive to the spin-orbit potential. For T21 measurements the axis of beam polarization should be 45 degrees with respect to the beam axis. T21-data so far had been limited to Ed ≤ 17 MeV. More... »
