ABSTRACT

An isolated population of cells is provided the cells comprise at least 10 % HES5+ cells, wherein said HES5+ cells are: (i) early radial glial (E -RG) cells; (ii) mid radial glial (M-RG) cells; (iii) late radial glial (L-RG) cells; or (iv) long term neural progenitor (LNP) cells.
