ABSTRACTA non-replicating SeV vector can be successfully produced which has the deletion of all of genes for NP-protein, P-protein and L-protein (which are RNP-constituting proteins) in genomic RNA. It is confirmed that an NP/P/L-deleted SeV vector having a marker gene (e.g., GFP) integrated therein can achieve high productivity, high foreign gene introduction efficiency and high foreign gene expression efficiency (high MOI infection is required for achieving a high expression level). Since the vector has the deletion of L gene or NP, P and L genes, the quantity of a virus-derived protein expressed in a host cell can be decreased and therefore the immunogenicity upon in-vivo administration can be reduced.
