ABSTRACT

Tumor cell-specific antigens from melanoma cells have previously been identified using autologous cytolytic T cells clones from the patient, but the same approach did not work well with other tumour types. Here, screening of such antigens was successfully performed using antisera from the patient. Provided are several tumor cell-specific antigens, nucleic acids encoding them, antibodies and CTL's directed against these antigens, antigenic fragments diagnostic kits, etc. More... »
