ABSTRACT

The present application relates to compositions and methods for treating a proliferative disorder by administering to a subject a pharmaceutical composition of a dual kinase inhibitor. Catecholic butanes cane serve as dual kinase inhibitors for purposes of methods described herein. Patients to be treated include those that have been treated with Tarceva or other therapeutic compounds and relapsed or are resistant to treatment.
