The present invention relates to a novel microorganism Rizobium nepotum CHT97 ( Rhizobium nepotum CHT97, Microbial Accession No .: KACC 92242P) strain or a microbial agent containing the same, there is no environmental pollution and human toxicity using the strains, such as mugwort, pepper, etc. It is possible to control the environment-friendly fungal disease for plants or to promote the growth of plants, thereby increasing the yield of crops.
