ABSTRACT

In vitro method of obtaining a cellular therapy product, comprises: supplying one or more biological samples of mesenchymal stem cells, which is obtained from one or more individuals; extracting and optionally ex vivo amplifying the mesenchymal stem cells present in the biological samples; preparing a composition of apoptotic cells, preferably same genotype as amplified mesenchymal stem cells; and preparing the cellular therapy products comprising a nonapoptotic mesenchymal stem cells and apoptotic cells, where the cells are suspended in a suspension medium. Independent claims are included for: (1) the cellular therapy product obtained by the method; and (2) a composition comprising the mesenchymal stem cells comprising at least 10 6>apoptotic mesenchymal stem cells, and at least 10 7>nonapoptotic mesenchymal stem cells. ACTIVITY : Muscular-Gen.; Osteopathic; Immunosuppressive; Antiinflammatory; Gastrointestinal-Gen.; Antiarthritic; Antirheumatic; Dermatological; Antidiabetic; Respiratory-Gen.; Antiasthmatic; Cardiovascular-Gen.; Cardiant; Vasotropic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Cell therapy. More... »
