ABSTRACT

Arrangement for calibrating a measuring device, in particular of a microscope, with the aid of marker molecules, with a calibration sample with a first structure on the basis of a dna - origami and, if appropriate, at least a second structure on the basis of a dna - origami, wherein the dna - origami by short dna - sections in a predetermined structure and, if appropriate, be formed of this dna - origami are arranged on a support and that a predetermined number of the short dna - sections a predetermined number of a marker molecule, wherein a second dna - origami - structure as a calibration sample is present, which no marker molecule, and / or wherein at least two different structures on the basis of dna - origami are present and these at least two dna - origami a predetermined, from one another have different number of marker molecules.
