ABSTRACT

Epidermal-derived epidermal stem cells are adult stem cells with pluripotent differentiation potential, which can differentiate into ectoderm and mesodermal tissue. Our pre-study also confirmed that it could be differentiated into neurons, fat and other cell types when induced in vitro The CD34 antigen is expressed in hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells, endothelial cells and other mesodermal-derived cells. We found that it is also rich in epidermal basal cells and is consistent with the distribution of epidermal stem cells, suggesting that these CD34 antigen positive (CD34 +) epidermal cells may Is a new subgroup of epidermal stem cells. Due to epidermal stem cells, angiogenesis is an important cell and key step in wound healing. We envision this group of cells to differentiate into endothelial cells that express CD34 antigens and promote wound healing. This study was to identify the dry function of CD34 + epidermal cells. Secondly, we investigated the effect of CD34 + epidermal stem cells on endothelial cells in vitro. Finally, CD34 + epidermal stem cells were examined by wound healing. The results will help us to understand the pluripotency of CD34 + epidermal stem cells from a new perspective on the regulation of intergranular differentiation and provide the theoretical basis and application basis for the new target of R & D wound healing.
