ABSTRACT

Hepatitis and liver cirrhosis of the liver after liver metastasis has a significant resistance to the study of liver inflammatory microenvironment resistance to colon cancer metastasis mechanism, no doubt on the mechanism of tumor metastasis and clinical treatment of great significance. In the preliminary experiment, the microRNA let-7 family members let-7a, d, f were significantly down-regulated after IFN-γ stimulation, and this group of microRNAs could regulate the apoptotic process of colon cancer by targeting Fas molecule , And in vivo experiments significantly affected the proliferation of colon cancer efficiency. Therefore, we propose to analyze the mechanism of IFN-γ-induced Let-7 down-regulation by transcription factor IRF1 and to investigate the effects of Fas-knockout mice, let-7 overexpression and knockdown of colon cancer cell lines, The use of small animal in vivo imaging technology to study whether the let-7 family through the Fas in vivo regulation of colon cancer in vitro transfer ability, to explore the let-7 family after the inflammatory factor stimulation down the phenomenon of inflammation in the liver resistance to colon cancer metastasis process Has important significance. The study may clarify the new molecular mechanisms of liver metastases in colon cancer and provide new research targets for clinical diagnosis and treatment. More... »
