ABSTRACT

Preparation of high quality graphene is the prerequisite for the application of graphene. In this project, the first-principles, empirical and semi-empirical methods, combined with molecular dynamics and transition state theory, in-depth study of two-dimensional graphene catalytic CVD growth mechanism and cutting carbon nanotubes to prepare one-dimensional graphene nanobelt physical and chemical mechanism The The specific research includes two major aspects: i) The microscopic model of the growth of graphene CVD is established by studying the microscopic nucleation and growth process of graphene CVD. By selecting the catalytic properties of different metals, the method of selecting high efficiency catalyst is put forward. (2) the physical and chemical mechanism and kinetics of the preparation of graphene nanotubes by cutting carbon nanotubes (CNTs); (2) the physical and chemical processes and the kinetics of the preparation of high quality large area monocrystalline graphene by the study of the mechanism of the formation and repair of defects in the process of CVD growth of graphene; The mechanism of the preparation of carbon nanotubes for the preparation of graphene nanotubes by atomic model and microcosmic mechanism; to explore the key parameters in the cutting process, the design of more efficient preparation of graphene nanobelts.
