ABSTRACT

In this paper, Al-TM-RE (TM = Ni, Fe, Co, RE = Y, Eu, Ce, Gd and Er) as the research object, through microstructure and microstructure analysis, diffraction analysis, element analysis and other means , The non-uniformity in the amorphous material was studied. The free volume of the alloy melt and the amorphous alloy was measured by the viscosity measurement and the thermal expansion meter, and the relationship between the free volume and the nonuniformity of the amorphous was investigated. Non-uniformity on the plasticity and passivation behavior of the sample, the formation conditions of the best plasticity of the alloy and the formation conditions of the best corrosion resistance are summarized. On the one hand, it provides a reference for the further understanding of the non-Chang phase transformation mechanism.
