ABSTRACT

Separation of polar unsaturated components is the active separation of traditional Chinese medicine and natural ingredients often face the problem, over the years has been the lack of necessary means of separation. Based on the π-coordination of Ag + / Cu + and carbon-carbon double bond, the polar unsaturated components in the natural multi-component system were coordinated and extracted by Ag + / Cu + -rich coordination extractant. Unsaturated components in the separation of active ingredients of natural medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the modernization of Chinese medicine significance. In this project, Ag + / Cu + -RTIL π-coordination extraction system was prepared by using room temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) as the separation medium, and the samples were prepared by in situ IR and UV spectroscopy. And the mechanism of interaction of Ag + / Cu + with different structural types in ionic liquids were studied. The thermodynamic and kinetic behaviors of π-coordination extraction of unsaturated materials were elucidated.
