ABSTRACT

Cabbage blight is a new devastating disease, a serious threat to the production of cabbage. Cabbage blight is caused by Fusarium graminearum bacteria caused by soil-borne disease, China's traditional breeding materials generally susceptible to the general control means more difficult, clonal cabbage resistance to Fusarium wilt gene is to eliminate the potential threat to the fundamental measures The Through the preliminary study, we confirmed that the resistance to Fusarium wilt was dominated by monochromatic genes and had used six AFLP molecular markers and two flanking SCAR markers, and further developed the resistance gene FOC-1 Locked in the 2.3cM area. In this study, based on the latest cabbage and cabbage genome sequencing information, FOC-1 fine mapping and candidate gene prediction were carried out on F2 population, and then 150 different resistant genotypes were used in different cabbage inbred lines The full-length sequence analysis of candidate genes was carried out to determine the target gene, and the gene function was verified by RNAi transgenic technique. The cloning and functional analysis of FOC-1 gene of Brassica oleracea were carried out, which was the breeding and resistance of resistance to Fusarium wilt Mechanism research lay the foundation.
