ABSTRACT

In this year, which corresponds to the second year of this study challenge is, first, to carry out research to deepen the statistical method for estimating the film property distribution on the dendrite. Mathematical model of dendrites that takes into account the spatial structure constructs applicable statistical methods to, and constitutes a method of estimating the spatial distribution of non-uniformly distributed to the film resistance to dendrite. Furthermore, dendritic having a spatial distribution of the film properties indicating a discontinuity also devised the applicable estimation method for projections, builds a methodology capable of detecting a change point at the hetero of film characteristics, by using the proposed algorithm, previously, the distribution of candidate followed by the film characteristics even if the function can not be obtained, it showed that it is possible to estimate the spatial distribution of the film characteristics. these studies were successfully constructed statistical methodology for estimating the heterogeneity in dendrites. statistical methodology for estimating the heterogeneity in the dendrites that are built in this study challenges, as well as published as academic papers in English, was presented at the Society of Japan and overseas. in addition, to the dendrites in order to clarify the heterogeneity and dendritic membrane properties hetero of the relationship exhibit of input information, it was performed the numerical simulation studies using a multi-compartment model that takes into account the non-uniformity of the film properties. this achievement , I made a presentation in the invited lectures and domestic Society at the University of Tokyo. in addition, when successful in the construction of stochastic time series analysis method to realize the information separation between hetero information that is included in the series data. the proposed model the verification with the proposed model, even in an environment where noise is superimposed, indicating that it is automatically separable slowly varying component and other components included in the time-series data as a hetero information.
