ABSTRACT

To establish the experimental system of neutrophil transcription factor C / EBPβ, the condition examination is continued. In parallel with this, we also try to introduce the next generation sequencing method which can detect trace amounts of bacterial flora contained in peripheral airway specimens collected by bronchoalveolar lavage and microsampling with extremely high sensitivity. In addition, we will focus on the oral cavity resident bacterial flora and analyze the correlation with acute exacerbation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. More... »
