ABSTRACT

The combined use of quantum mechanical methods of calculation and methods of vibrational and electron-vibrational spectroscopy will allow to obtain, clarify and systematize reliable new data on the structure and dynamics of non-rigid carbonyl molecules in the ground and low-lying excited electronic states. The results of the interpretation of the electronic structure of molecules can serve as a basis for explanation and prediction methods of creating structural changes in the electron excitation of molecules containing a carbonyl group.
