ABSTRACT

The demand for aerospace research for high-performance polymer materials, high-performance space with a functional epoxy adhesive applied basic research objectives for. It intends to find an effective solution to the existing vacuum of space there is a high volatile with a functional epoxy adhesive, radiation resistance defects and poor, different from the traditional only modification in the epoxy amine curing agent system, and program design Preparation of a new highly reactive anhydride curing agent, the innovative use of highly reactive anhydride curing agent is liquid at room temperature curing epoxy alicyclic study the curing mechanism and reaction kinetics; and two fire-retardant and toughening a high performance organic factors combine design and preparation of the novel silanes containing DOPO structure; grasp the high-performance space with a chemical preparation techniques of functional epoxy adhesive system to study its overall performance, in-depth study of the impact on the structural properties of the material, implement the regulation on its properties.
