ABSTRACT

Graphene honeycomb lattice because of its two-dimensional periodic structure has a unique electronic structure and optical and electrical properties, graphene oxide nanomaterials light stability, good water solubility, biocompatibility, surface easily chemically modified characteristics, which in optics, materials science and biomedical analysis has important application prospect. The project plans prepared by electrochemical oxidation method to oxidize graphene photoluminescent material matrix. Environment through chemical assistance, and a control voltage, electrolyte composition and mode of electrolytic oxidation conditions, combined with gel electrophoresis separation and to obtain the particle size concentration, the oxidation of different types of colored light emitting graphene oxide; and using a variety of characterization techniques special structure of this material; fluorescence, phosphorescence and ECL properties of this material; on an experimental basis, combining theory research emitting mechanism graphene oxide nanomaterials calculation, structural characteristics of graphene oxide and its emission characteristics relationship. Through the work of the project, controllable preparation for the separation of graphene oxide, proved the graphene oxide structure of the light-emitting characteristics of the relationship from the microscopic structure and electronic properties, and the results of the project for the preparation of separate graphene oxide luminescent analysis Research and application has important theoretical and practical significance.
