ABSTRACT

Graphene is a two-dimensional crystal of carbon atoms one-atom thick, neither hydrophilic nor lipophilic, easy reunion, is not conducive to the research and application of graphene. The project as a functional silane reagent, by silane functionalized graphene, graphene change neither hydrophilic nor lipophilic processing difficult situation; functional silane reagent species by their ratio, reaction temperature, structure and properties of the relationship changing the reaction time, catalyst type and amount of other process conditions, expand silane graphene, in order to get the law silane graphene structure, properties and preparation conditions between. By exploring graphene, graphene surface silylation with different structures and properties of silicone adsorption uniformity of the adsorbed layer thickness, and a glass (silylation) graphene composite system with silicone transition temperature changes, interfacial compatibility and mechanical properties, exploration of graphene, graphene binding mode silane and silicone molecular chain, mechanism of action to explain and resolve the interface compatibility between the graphene and the polysiloxane issues of great significance. The outcome is expected to be applied to graphene device silicone encapsulation, or for the preparation of high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, high resistance to aging new graphene / silicone composite functional materials to provide a new approach.
