ABSTRACT

By the septic shock induced by endotoxin off the card is a higher mortality in critically ill patients, microvascular damage and leakage of plasma albumin is the key pathological aspects. TCM drug-induced hot off the argument, let qi solid off therapies, ginseng-based Chinese medicine treatment, good clinical efficacy. Ginsenoside Rb1 (Rb1) is one of the main active ingredients of ginseng. Our previous studies have confirmed the Rb1 improve lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced rat mesenteric microcirculation, inhibition of plasma albumin leakage through small veins. However, the mechanism of Rb1 astringent vessels is not yet clear. After mesenteric venous plasma of rats in this project in LPS-induced albumin leakage, improve the effect observed after administration of Rb1, to further clarify Rb1 astringent capillaries, inhibit plasma albumin leakage effects; through research Rb1 on LPS induced endothelial cell plasma membrane vesicles are formed (the main way to transport vascular endothelial cell plasma albumin) and (key protein of caveolae formation) caveolae associated protein 1 expression intervention signaling pathway, partly reveal Rb1 solid photo vascular mechanism for qi solid off treatment method to add new content, as clinical medicine containing Rb1 for septic shock treatment to provide a scientific basis.
