ABSTRACT

Graphene is a good non-linear optical materials, multi-photon absorption (mainly two-photon absorption and three-photon absorption) is one of the important non-linear optical effect produced by the photovoltaic device so that it applies. At present, for the low-dimensional material graphene and its theoretical two-photon absorption properties lags behind its experimental study, the lack of accurate and complete theory to prove the reliability of experimental data. This paper is intended to be a single layer graphene and bilayer graphene nanoribbons, graphene quantum dots for the study, attempts to use the relativistic quantum mechanics from the microscopic point of view, from the establishment of the Dirac equation graphene 狄拉克费米 subsystem multiphoton absorption theory, obtain graphene and related materials, multi-photon absorption spectrum, analyze the impact of graphene structure on multi-photon absorption properties, and associated experimental tests to validate the theoretical model. This topic is the theory of nonlinear optical materials and organic new combination will not only improve the theoretical study 狄拉克费米 subsystem multiphoton absorption effect, but also to provide theoretical guidance graphene material in the production and application of optoelectronic devices.
