ABSTRACT

For the project, the metal thin film as the substrate, chemical vapor deposition method have a large area, control the growth of high quality thin films of graphene, a detailed study of the substrate material, the growth temperature, growth pressure, precursor species and other experimental parameters the influence of the resulting graphene device structure and electrical properties, explore the parameters controllable preparation of high-quality graphene films; optimize graphene growth parameters on the basis of the preparation of graphene field-effect transistors and graphene surface modification and chemically modified, altering the effective method for exploring graphene bandgap, improved electrical performance graphene field effect transistor; graphene transistors electronic identification of biological molecules (e.g., DNA, proteins, glucose, secretion of all kinds of cells, etc.) and real-time detection performance.
