ABSTRACT

Dental stem cells are considered one of the best sources of seed cells teeth and periodontal tissue regeneration, the source of autologous dental stem cells is very limited, such as to Chinese app, it can solve the teeth and periodontal tissue regeneration cell source of bottlenecks. The research group has completed the separation of the teeth associated stem cells, cultured and identified and the impact on the body's immune cells (T lymphocytes), the study found that dental stem cells significantly associated T cell suppression. Can be divided into immune cells and humoral immunity, this research work has been based on further research related to dental stem cells and humoral immunity (B lymphocytes) interaction associated discuss dental stem cells for B lymphocyte phenotype, proliferation, differentiation, chemotaxis, secretion function, status after allogeneic transplant recipient a humoral immune response was observed B lymphocytes tooth related stem cell phenotype, colony forming efficiency, the proliferation, differentiation capacity of more stem cell marker the impact was expressed karyotype and in vivo formation of organizational capacity. In this study, the characteristics obtained by the interaction of dental stem cells associated with the humoral immune response between the teeth of allogeneic stem cells applied to the teeth and periodontal tissue regeneration provide further theoretical and experimental basis.
