ABSTRACT

By plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) technique, to prepare better graphene (graphene) material; on the use of graphene prepared by magnetron sputtering graphene - - nano TiO2 composite by adjusting the parameters of the experiment its composite structure is optimized to obtain nano-TiO2 particles are uniformly dispersed in the surface of the graphene composite material having a high photoelectric conversion efficiency, good electrical and optical properties. On this basis, the preparation of graphene - - Relationship ZnO composite field-emission characteristics of the experimental parameters of the inquiry material, sorting, and optimize experimental parameters, high quality graphene prepared - - metal oxide composite material as graphene provide experimental evidence industrialization.
