ABSTRACT

Angiogenesis plays in venous thrombosis natural dissolution important role in recent years found normal vein stem cells reside can form colonies and to promote angiogenesis, but no relevant reports at home and abroad on the vein wall Stem cell lysis of venous thrombosis. Our previous study found that: vein graft vein stem cells can differentiate into endothelial cells; venous thrombosis SDF-1 expression, the vein wall a large number of Sca-1 stem cells, part of the stem cells into the blood clots, stem cell transplantation in thrombotic vein wall outer membrane after thrombolytic increase. It is unclear how the stem cells into the wall of the vein thrombosis, blood clots how to enter the stem cells dissolve clots. We hypothesized that venous thrombosis may chemokine SDF-1 vein Sca-1 stem cells into the blood clots, thrombosis Sca-1 into the stem cells may dissolve the clot by angiogenesis.
